My Boss Mobile phone is not working properly

Question : I purchased BOSS ePhone 3300+ from Nap Tol on 05-08-10 having Order number#634676. The Vendor is Krishna Traders.
The phone was delivered to me on 10-08-10 , I opened the phone and as per manual put battery etc and made the phone ON it got on then I connected to charger . After about 10 to 15 minutes the message appeared “Bad contact of charger” . I removed charger from electrical socket and connected to another socked again after 10 to 15 minutes message appeared “Bad contact of charger”. I made Electrical switch off and again on the charging started then again message appeared “Bad contact of charger”. The phone was getting charged by making main Electrical switch Off and then again ON.
It was also noticed that the Mobile ON/OFF switch not working properly. Only mobile gets ON but after continuously pressing also it does not gets OFF.
Then I contacted Nap Tol complaint department on 11-08-10 having complaint number#230171 and explained the problem. The concerned person informed the charger is bad hence Nap Tol will send new charger.
It was also noticed on that mobile hangs at some page and no working possible untill it gets discharged and then again needs to be charged and made ON.
On 15-08-10 I tried to transfer data noticed that “Data transfer not taking place” I again launched complaint on 16-08-10 it was informed that “I need to send mobile to Nap Tol to load PC suit software”.
On 20-08-10 at about 9:00pm the display became blank and mobile stopped working .
Hence following is summary of complaints
1)Mobile not getting charged (11-8-10)
2)On/Off switch not working
3)Mobile hanging
4)Data not getting transferred from computer( USB not working)
5)Mobile DEAD (not working) on 20-08-10
From above problems it is clear that the totally FAULTY mobile was given to me hence I request you to replace by NEW MOBILE , I do not want this mobile with number IMEI#359554030721693 as it having problem since delivery.
Hope that you I will be given good new piece and not rejected by some other Customer as such complaints bring BAD name to NapTol.

Thanks for sharing your inputs regarding the product which be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. You should write a registered letter to the company raising all your grievances. I hope they will respond positively and sort out all the problems.
