Question : HI:

I HAD BOUGHT BOSS E PHONE 3300+ ,IMEI NO: 3595540307009,IMEI SV:78.MY PROBLEM IS THE PHONE KEEPS ON HANGING AS I CHANGE THE TOUCH SCREEN PAGES OF THE MENU,LIKE ONE SCREEN TO ANOTHER.

PLEASE GIVE ME NECESSARY ADVISE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS I BOUGHT THIS PHONE ONLY IN JANUARY 2010.

Answer : Dear Customer,
Well, I hope you are not looking for technical solutions. However, legally speaking if you are fed up with the problems and taken enough technical solutions then you must take legal action against the company and the dealer from where you purchased the product. You should immediately shoot a registered letter to the company, service centre and the dealer and in shape of legal demand notice raising your entire grievance. Mention all the previous complaints you have made and nothing has been done. Keep a record of all the communication for the future legal action. I hope some sense will prevail over them and they will rectify the faults well with in time. In case they do not, you can go ahead with the complaint in the consumer forum for which you can always seek our guidance.
