Question : mobile(karbonn - k1212) is suddnely dead and it is alredy under your service centre.(gurgaon). on 17-2-2011 bt they send your company. i have long waiting for it and i suffering a lot of problems so plz rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Answer : Dear Consumer
Your complaint is in a distorted form. Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. You can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your complaint. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things.
