my self kamlesh bhai micromax q5 mobile purchased frommarch 2010 this mobile working good condition and nov.2010 mobile showing no network on both sim. go to surat ser. center (KASH PERIPHARALS) and mobile hand over to servicing depot. till date. after repair mobile 04 time recieved but all time found same problem at last 27/04/2011 mobile hand over to servicing depot. my job card no. is- M APR- 133/11. after this micromax not given any reply. please sir do the need full.

We are in receipt of numerous complaints of same nature. As on date your product is not under warranty. Since you have been complaining in this regard for quite long, the company has to resolve the issues. You should write to the company and shopkeeper as well and ask for damages due to deficiency in the services. If they do not come up with any solution then you can file consumer complaints in the district forum. Please keep all the job sheets and communication records with you which will be crucial for taking legal action against the company.
