Question : I bought samsung galaxy ace S5830 smart phone a month ago & from beginning i started facing problem of poor Network and very poor battery life. my phone was not showing network only. I submitted mobile within 2 days to tardeo service center with copy of bill, after examining the same they confirmed the defect in the piece and said the handset will be replaced with the new one.

I didnt receive any call for many days and when i called back they said we cannot replace it & can only repair it after a heated argument with their manager i had to settled for a repiar of brand new mobile handset i was very disappointed with the way they are behaving even after one month they dont bother to update me about my phone.

Now Whenever i See the samsung ad on TV with Amir khan saying ...Samsung ka bharosa.. I am full of anger. Samsung is the worst service provider.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
This is a case where the product is having an inherent manufacturing problem. In the first place they should replace it as indicated to you earlier. The product quality maintained by the company is not good. There are deficiencies in the services on part of the dealer, service centre and the product company. You have to take a legal action to put them in motion. Do not feel cheated as you can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. But before that in the first instance you serve them with a registered letter in shape a legal demand notice detailing all the problems and intimate them. Failing this you can file consumer complaints with the district forum. Keep a record of the all the communication for the future reference. I am sure some sense will prevail over them and they will do something about your problems after receiving notice only.
