Question : My lava phone is not working properly with in warranty period.i bought it from mumbai. now i am in delhi and cant get it replaced from any shop here. pls do the needful by replacing or repairing same before warranty period lapse.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Your complaint is in a distorted form. It seems that your product is under warranty. Of course you can get it changed or repaired here also as mentioned in your warranty terms. If that is the case, you can put a challenge to the website and the company as well. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your online consumer complaint. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things. And, yes maintain a record of communications which may be necessary in future as evidence. Well understand that it may tough for you to go to consumer forum but sometimes even the filing of complaint is sufficient to move them. Unless you will take some legal action they would not change it.
