My micromax phone does not even works for 45 days

Question : I purchased micromax Q7 mobile at the mobile store just 45 days but i have faced lot of complaints that mobile. I am go to servicing centre that guy tell after 45 day we get new handset. I pay 3995 rs why are waiting 45 days without mobile please do the any suggest.

Answer : Dear Prasad,
I think you are amongst luckiest consumers if the company is going to replace your product with a new one. I would suggest you to keep patience if the company is going to give you new handset. It is very rare that company take such initiative. I am not discouraging you but waiting for some more time is in your best interest. I hope company will stand by its promise and it is a matter of policy and procedure that they are taking such time as informed to you.
