Question : dear sir im useing g365 handset past 4 months .
my mobile has been having so much problem ,
1) SD card was not working ,
2) battrary back up
3) gprs was not working.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
It seems that your product may have some inherent problems which is creating problem again and again. I must appreciate that you are aware of your valuable rights. The company in no circumstances can make you run from pillar to post. You can write to the company detailing all your problems and tell them that otherwise you will be constraint to tale legal action at their own cost and responsibilities. Keep a record of all communication. Keep of record all the communication and job sheets which will be crucial if you go for a consumer complaints in the district consumer forum. Well I am positive that some sense will prevail over them and they resolve the issues at the stage of notice itself.
