Question : I have purchased Nokia Mobile X-3.02 one month back from M/S Tripathi Communication -Haridwar (Uttrakhand) & now this is 2nd time I am sending again this set to nokia care for due to problem in screen tuch & Ist problem they have resolved i.e earphone problem. They have make a Job sheet again 2 time now & sending this phone to Delhi Nokia care centre & they will return it after 15 working days . (Please tell me how i can belive on this product quality ?)

Thanks for sharing your inputs about the product. Well, there is nothing unusual as such about a product getting such problems provided it does not recur. At this stage, you can keep a record of all necessary documents like job sheets, various communications which would be crucial at the stage of enforcing your consumer rights at judicial forum, if required at all. This is too early to judge the product quality. Get your product repaired and use it. Hopefully, your product will function smoothly.
