Question : I have purchased 1 no Olive V-G1100(Black) very recently through Infibeam Pvd Ltd.I am finding the set getting hanged every 2 to 3 hrs.I have to take out the batter,and then it starts working!!!!What is the problem?Order Id-16453143,Purchase Id-7855917 dt 15.02.2011.Kindly look into the matter.

We are happy to know that you are aware of your consumer rights. Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestion regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. This is a case where the product was having an inherent manufacturing problem. The quality maintained by the company is not good. There are deficiencies in the service on the part of the dealer and the company. You can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. But before that in the first instance you serve them with a registered letter in shape a legal demand notice containing all your details and intimate them failing this you can file consumer complaints with the district forum. Keep a record of the all the communication for the future reference. I am sure some sense will prevail over them and they will do something about your problems after receiving notice only.
