Question : RESPWCTED SIR,
ON DATED 26TH DEC.2010 I BUY A MY SAMSUNG WAVE525.
BUT IN THIS 5 MONTH, I STILL HAVING PROBLEM LIKE 1.HEATING DURING USE ,
2. HANGING ,
3.WE CANNOT DO TWO THING AT A TIME MEAN WE CANT LEASTEN A MUSIC AND WRITE A SMS LIKE THIS....
4.CALL RECEIVING PROBLEM...

I SERVICED MY MOBILE IN CARE 5 TIMES BUT I AM NOT GETTING SATISFACTORY....
NOW I WANNA MY MONEY BACK
SOOO PLS GIVE ME A RESPONCE

Answer : Dear Ankur,
You can take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum and ask not for not only money back but damages caused due to such deficiency. Such problems occur repeatedly when there is an inherent manufacturing defect in the product. In such circumstance, it is duty of the company that they should replace product. You should write to them demanding replacement of handset. You can also file a complaint with the district consumer forum against the company and reseller for deficiency of services. Keep the entire record intact as to substantiate your case at the judicial forum.
