Question : sir i am usong spice moble handset no m 4262 from last 3 months but i had face a big problem from spice mobile phone this hand set is not detected sim card so i give himin service station in belgaum at cosmic telecom he send that handest to bangalore on 05.01.2012 but till today i have not revived that handset i.e 01.02.2012 & he not give me any standby mobile phone i have facing lots of problem kindly i request you please give my handset as soon & let me infoam on my mail for actually whats probelm for delay for givening my handset this is request letter to you please do not be force to take a legal action against you.

We are also in receipt of many such complaints of the same brand. If you are not satisfied with the services or the product then you must file a consumer complaint. The access to SIM card is an important aspect of any product and any defect therein makes it meaningless. I would suggest you that at this stage you can write them a registered letter containing all issues in detail. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out things. Please keep proper record of all the relevant documents which would be crucial to establish your claim in consumer forum. You can file a consumer complaint in district forum.
