My zen mobile is with its service centre for past two months

Question : I have purchased a Z90 mobile in the name of Vinod Pareta.2 months ago,display of mobile disappeared.I went to Kota (raj.) service centre to repair it but he did not give me the mobile after 2 months.I have asked the service centre many time & I am very much puzzled.Now I am planning to go to consumer court & media but before this action,I request you,kindly look in to the matter seriously & reply me as soon as possible.I have the invoice & service centre receipt.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Answer : Two months is a really long time. You have a very good case in hand if you have the receipts and other documents. I would strongly suggest moving to consumer court against the service center and the company.
