Question : I purchased my mobile on august 2010 from Nokia Priority at Borivali west and after 4 days it starts a problem of vibration. vibration on silent mode is not working in moblile which is creating a lots of trouble for me. I am Advocate and working in a courts I can not put my mobile on ringing so I need to put it on silent mode and just because vibration is not working I can not able to attend my imp calls. I showed my mobile to service centre (nokia customer care at borivali west) and they already made 4 jobsheets and after giving the commitment of replace the handset from headoffice they are just repairing it and gave back with same problem. on 24th may, 2011 I was again given my mobile to service centre for replace the handset, if now they not replace me the new handset then I am going to file the complant in consumer forum. so I request you to provide me proper service and help me come out of this trouble.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
It is good that being from the legal profession you are aware of your consumer rights than a layman consumer. Needless to say, you should immediately send them a legal notice raising your claims. You can file complaint in the consumer forum to move them to address your problems.
