Nokia service center is not repairing my phone

Question : Dear sir/madam,
please help me I buy a Nokia e63 mobile in Vijayawada i got a problem for my mobile automatically keys pressing and switch off the mobile i gave in Vijayawada service center ( vijay communication near I V palace governerpata phno: 9963989999,email id vijaycomm_vijayawada@nokiacareindia.com)
in this service center i gave for repair three times
every time they keeping the mobile 10 days and giving the mobile but the repair of the mobile solving for 2 to 7 days only and the problem is repeating every time
and one's again repeated the same compient....
what i have to do please suggest me and kindly help me regarding this issue please and the Recent service job sheet details as follows

Answer : Dear Consumer,
You are having constant problems in your phone as it is having inherent manufacturing defects. At times, it happens that various components of the products are not compatible and during the usage various problems keep arising time and again. Your product is meant for your use and not for keeping it with the service centre. As you have indicated that your product is under warranty, you can write a letter to the company and the seller from where you purchased the product raising the issues of deficiency in the services and the inherent manufacturing defects. If the company does not come forward and resolve the issues, then you can file consumer complaints in the district consumer forum. Keep proper record of all communications so as to substantiate your case in the consumer forum.
