Question : Sir, My name is Naresh Jadhav-09893277092 i purches my mobile set(Ray t65) 2 Monthy back to The Mobile Store I want to the change my mobile becouse that its not repairable & I have to change my mobile I took it back & when i came back to home i saw that my mobile camer was not working, again i went back after 2 days to the same shop but the lady who do the service was out of station.

Your complaint is not clear.Though, if you are not statisfied
with the product you had purchased then address a complaint in
writing to the store. I am sure they will listen to you failing which
you can file a complaint in the district consumer forum.
Please keep all the bills and documents handy for future action, if required.
