Service center of HTC is not providing customer satisfaction

Question : I have a HTC T3320 Touch 2...My Complaint number is : 19419..I have being to your Service Centre twice..1st ur Customer Service advisor inform me to upgrade the handset as it was getting switch off...After 2-3 days i was facing the same problem..Then i visted the service centre again on the 24th August, they suggested to submit the cell phone and advice to call after 24 hrs...When i contacted the service centre they inform to wait for 1 week..I spoke to the manager they inform me to callback in 24 hrs..When i contacted them they said that the phone was defected and we are investigating and inform that they will contact in 48 hrs..What kind of customer satisfaction is this? We either want are money or different model..Kindly reply or i will lodge a complaint in the consumer court as soon as possible..

Answer : Dear Customer,
We appreciate your stand that you are aware of your valuable consumer rights and have made the phone company clear that you will be taking action in case they do not listen to you. The only thing which I want to suggest you is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your complaint. In case they do not come up with solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things.
