Question : I have purchased BOSS mobile Model no.BOSS-633 but it is not working from very first day when I want to lodge complaint about it then I got reply show it to local mobile shop and get it repaired for this who will pay and if this phone is under 6 months warranty then why I am not getting proper reply.Can some one guide me what to do now? Is it the type of service giving by naptol

Answer : Dear Customer,
This is the not first time that the companies are backing out from their tall claims and doing nothing for the customer. Legally speaking, it depends upon the warranty terms on which you purchased the product. Nevertheless, at this stage what we suggest you to write a letter to the company and the dealer from where you purchased the product containing all the relevant details and problems you are facing. I hope they would be sensible enough to respond. Keep a record of the all the communications exchanged. Thereafter if the response is not positive you can file consumer complaint.

boss is overall very cheap and 3rd class phone i have everseen in my life I too had wasted money to purchase this phone
