Question : I brought a Ray M20 phone having IMEI no910000550012115 on 04/08/09.Within seven month the phone got problem and I was told by the service people that they found a dispute in phone and they will repair it soon .From27.05.10 they are not able to repair it.Now they are harassing me every day asking for few more days for repair.
Please help

Answer : Dear Customer,
You have given enough time to the company to repair a faulty mobile. They can not take you for a ride like this. You send them registered letter in shape of a legal notice and ask them to repair it with in two weeks time failing which you can a file consumer complaint with the district forum. In your letter ask them for damages for the loss of work and business caused due to the faulty phone. I hope some sense will prevail over them and they will listen to you. For further guidance for filing a consumer complaint you can always seek our guidance.
