Question : I bought my samsung wave on 07.07.10. with in few months I got a problem with OS they reinstalled the OS it seems,after few months backlight become dim so they changed display,now the current problem is very ridiculous even after the deletion of delivery report it still remains in the inbox. I gave my mobile to adyar service center for 3 times still they didn't produce permanent solution for my problem.1st time they just formatted and gave back to me even though the problem exist.2nd time they changed the software even though the problem exist.3rd time unbelievable they kept my mobile with them for 15 days and returned back to me though the problem exists.still only 2 months left for the completion of my warranty period.I am not satisfied with their service.So please return back my money or replace my mobile.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
As you have indicated that your warranty period is going to get over in next few months, you have to expedite your actions to get your problems resolved. The service history of your product proves that it was having inherent defects causing regular problems. You must write a letter to company explaining this back ground and giving them fifteen days time to resolve issues. I hope you have some documents pertaining to previous service record which would be crucial to prove your case in consumer forum, if required. If they fail to rectify things even after the notice period, then you can file consumer complaints in your district forum. I hope at the receipt of notice itself they would come forward to settle issues.
