Question : I want to bring into your notice the horrible experience of getting my spice mobile repaired from your authorized repairing agency viz Taneja Electronics, Vikas Puri New Delhi which is having its one more branch in Wazirpur New Delhi. I had purchased the mobile on 7.3.2010 vide bill no.564 from Hot Spot Subhash Nagar New Delhi which stop working very soon and I had given the same for repair to your Taneja Electronics Wazirpur New Delhi in the month of June’2010 and I was not given the original mobile set but some other set on 3/7/2010. Again the replaced set stop working and I had given the same for repair to the same fellow at its vikas puri branch on 14/01/2011 but till date he is not able to repair it and nor picking up my phone.(Job Sheet No.11100392). I also talked to your customer care department and talk to Neha and Ashu and they refused to give the complaint no.



Now I think that I am bring frauded by your authorised agent and indirectly you are also involved. I am planning to send this mail to the MD of Spice Retail Ltd and also put on the web as lots of people are getting harassed by you. I am also talking to the lawyer for the closure of your company as you are not giving proper customer care service.



Now I warn you that you have to give me the new set otherwise you have to face the consequences.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestion regarding the product and services which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective consumers. This is height of poor quality services by any company. I must appreciate that you are aware of your valuable rights. The company in no circumstances can make you run from pillar to post. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your consumer complaints. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. Keep a record of the all the communication for the future reference. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things.
