Question : I have purchased HTC Tatoo model Same is in warrantee period. The touch screen function is not responding. Please guide me to where and whom I shold contact.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
That’s good as you have come across the problem during the warrantee period only. You must contact the authorised service centre for the proper repair of the product. You can visit the website of the company for the relevant details of the service centres. Also write down an email to the customer care for the purpose of record. Since your product has started giving problems you must keep record of all your communication with the company. I hope they will sort out the problems in the phone. Even after this if the phone gives problem then you can serve them a legal demand notice. I hope you will get the solution at this stage only.
