Question : i had purchased lemon iQ 707 mobile phone having track ball and qwerty keypad 7 days back.At the time of purchase dealer convinced me about my concern regarding it's track ball.Now only after 7 days the mobiles track ball is not working properly.Now i want this handset to be replaced with another model.kindly help me as this is my hard earned money

Answer : Dear Consumer,
This is very disturbing that your new purchase is having problems for which you had put your hard earned money. You had taken the product for your facilitation. I am not convinced that in the first go they will change your product. You have to give it once to the service centre as you have no other course. Thereafter if still the problem persists then this is a case of inherent manufacturing defect. Do not forget to take job sheet from the service centre. More so after you are not satisfied with the service centre then you can shoot a registered letter to the company, service centre and the dealer and in shape of legal demand notice raising your entire grievance. Mention all the previous consumer complaints you have made and nothing has been done. Keep a record of all the communication for the future legal action. I hope some sense will prevail over them and they will rectify the faults well with in time. In case they do not, you can go ahead with the complaint in the consumer forum for which you can always seek our guidance.
