Question : I was purchase a vox mobile phone model no VGS507 through Home Shop18, Now i face some problem that is
1. in this model no VGS507 WAP not used when i click in home page option then it display "Error in Communication" i am using AIRCEL net in my phone. when i contact to vox company contact no but they not give me a better response.
2. it's model no stand by time is not a match as per specification it battery stand by time is only 48 Hrs.
3. As per instruction of battery charging it battery charge only one and half hrs. in ist time when i charge it. but it specification is 4 hrs charging time in first time as per instruction manual.
Now i want to know how i use this phone net which is my main purpose to purchase this model no. i need reply other wise u replace it.

Answer : Dear Customer, I always maintain that an alert consumer is a king consumer.You have to make a small effort by writing a registered letter to the company revealing all your problems and call upon them to change your handset.I am sure they would be wise enough to address your problems failing which you can bring your complaint before the consumer forum of your district.

** i am facing same kind of problem with my vox vgs- 507 mobile phone . I buy it from homeshop18. i am using aircel net connection for surfing internet in it . when i click the hompage in wap it show error in communication. !
