Question : I have purchased new Zen mobile(c-440) as given in the booklet it connects to pc for adding songs by usb but wen i tried it didnt connect wid the pc.So i suggest dont purchase Zen mobile as the working and its features described dont work as given

Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. Do not feel cheated as you can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum for not being provided what has been represented or promised in the package. But before that in the first instance you can serve them with a registered letter in shape a legal demand notice containing all details and intimate them failing this you can file complaint with the district forum. Keep a record of the all the communication for the future reference. Let then respond and then you can think of further action.
