Question : I AM FROM AHMEDABAD-GUJARAT
I HAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE ie.SPICE-M5370 FOR REPAIRING AT VASTRAPUR IN SARDAR CENTER ON 27/01/2012 IMEI-1:91132800398124
IMEI-2:911132800610221 THE TIME PROVIDED TO ME WAS 31/01/2012. I WANT THERE BUT TODAY ALSO MAN OVER THERE PROVIDED ANOTHER TIME TO COME ON 2/02/2012 WHEN I REQUESTED IF HE CAN PROVIDE ME WITH A STANDBY(SPARE) MOBILE.HE RUDELY REPLIED THAT COMPANY DIDNOT PROVIDE ANY STANDBY OR SPARE MOBILE TO ME ITSELF IF YOU CAN WAIT THEN IT'S OKAY ELSE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR MOBILE AND GO.

NOW I DO NOT HAVE ANY HANDSET TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE MY WORK IS RUINED BY THIS I AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM BECAUSE OF IT.

I WANT TO KNOW IF YOU CAN NOT DO THE WORK ON TIME WHY DO YOU OPERATE WHY DON'T YOU OPEN AN ANOTHER CENTER OR CLOSE THE ONE AS IT IS OF NO USE.

PLEASE NOW AS LIKE THOSE GUYS DO NOT SUGGEST ME THAT YOU GIVE A HAND-WRITEN COMPLAIN TO THIS AND THIS PLACE.I AM FED UP OF THIS PLEASE PROVIDE ME AN ONLINE SOLUTION..AT BCASANJAYCPICA@GMAIL.COM

AND EVEN I REQUEST YOU ALSO TO REPLY FAST DO NOT DELAY LIKE YOUR SERVICE CENTERS DO IN AHMEDABAD.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
This is the problem with the so called big companies now a day, thanks for sharing your inputs which would be guiding other consumer also. Please do not feel cheated as you can very well take action against the mobile company and seller of the mobile product. You should be given what you have been promised and represented about the product. If you are not satisfied with the services or the product then you must file a consumer complaint. I would suggest you that at this stage you can write them a registered letter or legal demand notice containing all issues in detail. We would be sending you a draft legal demand notice wherein you can fill in necessary details and send the same it to the mobile company and to the seller as well. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out things. Please keep proper record of all the relevant documents which would be crucial to establish your claim in consumer forum. You can file a consumer complaint in district forum.
